Educators, Nurses, and Social Workers – Early Intervention Service Coordinator
Meeting Street Service Coordinators play a crucial role in the delivery of home and center-based services to children (birth to age three) with developmental delays, disabilities, special health care needs, or who are at risk for delays.
Rewarding work environment
Service Coordinators build special bonds with children and their families as they coordinate services with other Meeting Street professionals and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP). Service Coordinators manage cases, co-lead developmental playgroups, and provide direct service to the children and their families.
Qualified applicants
The type of direct service provided varies with the professional training and licensure of each Service Coordinator. Candidates for our Early Intervention Service Coordinator positions should have previous experience working with young children and their families. We are interviewing individuals with certifications in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education. Registered nurses and licensed social workers (LCSW) are also ideal candidates for these positions. Meeting Street offers a competitive benefits package to all employees.
