Pre-Kindergarten Program

Meeting Street's Pre-Kindergarten Program is funded and certified by the RI Department of Education (RIDE) and provides free, high-quality early childhood education.

Admission to the program is based on a lottery managed by RIDE.

Our classroom-based program is located in Meeting Street's state-of-the-art Providence, RI campus and operates from September through June. There is no fee associated with participation in RI Pre-K Programs.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Children must be 4 years old on or before September 1 of the enrollment year
  • Children must reside in Providence
