Our locations are close but we are here to help

In response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, all physical Meeting Street locations (RI and MA) will remain closed. Meeting Street has and will continue to provide distance learning in certain programs over the summer and telepractice services to our families.

Our Schools

The Grace School, The Carter School, The Schwartz School and our State Pre K will continue offering specific ESY and summer program distance learning.

Our Early Childhood Programs

The Early Learning Center will re-open June 29 on a limited basis. If you are interested in enrolling your child, please contact us at

Our early childhood programs in RI (including Early Head Start, Early Intervention, Healthy Families America, and our Women, Infants and Children (WIC))  and, in MA (our Early Head Start, Early Intervention, Teen Parent Initiative and our Regional Consultation Program) are offering televisiting services for our children and families.

Our compassionate and dedicated professionals are working diligently to continue to provide vital services to the children and families we serve. We will keep our community up to date as we learn more and as we receive directives from the State of Rhode Island and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Grab-and-Go Meal Program

As our school year draws to a close, so too does our meal program. Our last day of serving meals will be June 17. Below is a link to a list of locations that are distributing free grab-and-go meals (breakfast and lunch) throughout the summer.

We want to thank Aramark, specifically Beth Parsons, and our team of volunteers from our schools, who worked each week to provide meals of our students, their siblings and other members of our community.
