Medically Complex Care Consultation (MC3)

The Medically Complex Care Consultation (MC3) Program (formerly known as the Regional Consultation Program) provides training, consultation and referrals to help families enrolled in Early Intervention (EI) – and EI programs themselves – better support children from birth to age three with significant medical and developmental needs.  Meeting Street services the Southeast region of Massachusetts.

Our program provides:

• Resource information and referrals
• Support to access adaptive equipment and assistive technology
• Respite funds, when available
• Intake and gathering what the family needs
• Consultation for transition out of early intervention
• Webinars and Workshops
